About
My work focuses on the role of business in society, especially corporate ethics, integrity and responsibility. I also focus on corporate marketing, advertising and communications and the laws and public policies that govern these areas, including the First Amendment and the doctrine of commercial speech. I also follow developments in the communications market, with a special view toward competition in the online space and consumer privacy issues, including regulatory and legislative developments affecting emerging technologies. And last, but not least, I continue my career-long interest in international law and foreign policy.
